Chris will be finishing up his master's program in April. He is very busy with work, school, family, and bishopric. He was also promoted to a Major this year. We love and appreciate all that he does to provide for us!
Rachael is busy keeping up with all the kids activities. She also manages to teach some piano and guitar students, as well as teaching sunday school to the 16 year olds.
We love our savoir Jesus Christ and enjoy this season, being able to reflect on his humble beginnings in a lowly manager, to the magnificent miracles of healing the sick and raising the dead. And finally the greatest miracle of all, his atonement that makes it possible for us to repent and become clean again. What a joyous blessing! God bless you all and Merry Christmas!

Fishing with Opa

Sam wasn't too thrilled about having to hook his finger through the fish's mouth! Ben loved wandering around the grounds and making friends with the dogs.

When we were in Utah in April, Opa took us to a great fishing spot. It is nestled at the foot of Payson Canyon. I am telling you, there is nothing like fishing in a stocked pond. We would throw in the line, and within 30 seconds, had a bite.

We took home a big pile of fish. (It sure was nice not to have to clean them!). Then we cooked them up with some Italian dressing and lemon. Delicious!

Husking Coconuts

These pictures are actually from a few months ago. Our good friend, Adrian Aiu brought some coconuts, and his three darling boys, over to our house. We learned from The Master how to shuck, crack and harvest our own coconut meat and milk. It made for a great family night! Adrian used to work at the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie in the Samoan Village.

Jacob is our resident monkey. He loves to climb light poles.
In this picture Joseph and Auahi are in the forefront, Jacob and our friend Fenua in the background.

Samual strutting his stuff!!
